Dashboards Can Be Lifesavers During A Disaster

Disaster planning has been out front in the news lately, and while many are still recovering from recent disasters, we wanted to share with our customers how TrialWorks used Dashboards to stay connected to our clients during the recent Hurricane Irma.

Dashboards are useful to display multiple fields of information relating to multiple cases in a single screen. They provide you with infinite reports relating to progress, costs, deadlines and just about any combination of information from TrialWorks. You can convert the reports to Word, Excel and PDF, and email them. You can even create subscriptions to those reports you want to receive automatically on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

While useful on day-to-day tasks, Dashboards can also be a real life-saver in an emergency. At TrialWorks, we created a simple Dashboard of Client Contact Information containing the key person name, phone number and email address. In doing so, we were able to create an urgent email message to reach out to all of our customers with just a few clicks.

Or, take it a step further to create a mass communication using the Mailing Wizard:

Voila! You’ve created the report you needed to reach your clients in an instant.
