New Year, New Font Size in TrialWorks

In TrialWorks Tips by trialworksLeave a Comment

We received many requests in 2015 hoping to be able to change the font size in TrialWorks, in particular, to make it bigger!

According to our System Requirements, a resolution of 1024×768 is the minimum size allowed before TrialWorks looks distorted and starts to lose some functionality.

If the font is too small for you, your monitor’s resolution may be too high.
Today, the standard monitor resolution size will make things appear smaller on your screen.

Let’s modify it.

Please note, if you are a hosted customer, please first log off from the server, then follow the below instructions to change your individual PC’s resolution.

If you are running Windows 10, use the following steps to increase font size:

On your desktop, right-click the mouse and scroll down to ‘Display Settings.’

In the ‘Display Settings’ window, toward the bottom, click ‘Advanced Display Settings.’

Depending on the monitor used, the recommended resolution may differ. Use the dropdown under ‘Resolution’ to modify settings for items to appear larger.

The lower the resolution, the larger the content displayed on your screen will be. Remember, TrialWorks minimum requirement is 1024×768. Select a resolution and apply it.

Click ‘Keep Changes or revert back to the original resolution. You will only have 15 seconds to confirm the changes or automatically, Windows will revert back to the default display settings.

The resolution will update immediately and font sizes should appear larger. Restart TrialWorks to view font changes. For hosted customers, log back onto your hosted session and restart TrialWorks.
