How to Get Better in 2020? 4 New Year’s Resolutions.

Did you know that less than 10% of people keep up with their New Year’s resolutions? That’s because a lot of us get too excited and set unrealistic goals at the beginning of each year. Setting reasonable objectives and deadlines can help you stay focused and motivated throughout the year. In our first TrialWorks Tip of 2020, we’d like to share a few resolutions that can help you and your firm grow in new ways this year.

  1. Take time to learn from other successful law firms.Stay curious – research and network with other firms in your area. Make it a priority to become a member of at least one local or national legal association and attend a few events.   2. Reinvest in your firm with savvy marketing initiatives. There are many ways to create awareness and spend with marketing and advertising – but understanding the most effective use of your money is key. Check out the article by Attorney at Work, as a starting point to explore several ways to improve your firm’s marketing. 
  3. Learn as much as you can about your case management software. Being able to use TrialWorks at a higher level will allow you to accomplish more tasks in less time. If you’re unsure of where to start – schedule a training session with one of our product experts.
