Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities include:

  • Drive software sales opportunities through networking, frequent customer contact, and lead development process.
  • Deliver online and on-site presentations, tailored to each prospective customer’s needs.
  • Present sales content at seminars & trade shows.
  • Interact directly with customers and prospects to understand business requirements, pain points, and position the value of their solutions and services.
  • Manage lead follow-up and conversation to sales opportunities – document phone calls, emails, and notes in CRM.

TrialWorks Software Trainer

We are seeking Software Trainers to become part of a training team that is developing and delivering technical training and course materials for our legal clients. The ideal candidate must be able to create training course-ware and user documentation, and then team-teach the materials to our client.

HR Director

Job Description:

Directs and ensures the efficient administration and management of the Human Resources function, including talent acquisition, employee on-boarding/retention, wage/benefit administration and compliance, performance management and employee development. Provides guidance and support to management and employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong partnering relationships with cross-functional management - Customer Support, Training, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance - to understand business unit objectives and inter-dependencies
  • Lead the talent acquisition process including development of recruitment strategy and management of the full hiring life cycle
  • Facilitate employee onboarding/orientation program to optimize success and integration with the company
  • Develop and implement a performance management program incorporating individual objective setting, monitoring, and review
  • Manage and support the third-party preparation of semi-monthly payroll
  • Conduct annual wage comparative survey to ensure compliance of federal/state wage regulations and the Fair Labor Standard Act
  • Proactively develop, design and manage employee benefit programs including working with HR partners to improve, enhance and ensure cost-effectiveness of overall employee wellness programs
  • Support and advise BU leaders on managing employee issues through to resolution in line with company policies and applicable regulations
  • Support employee growth and development by working with BU leaders to identify skill gaps, create development plans and implement training programs
  • Lead the development and implementation of employee policies including periodic review and improvement to the employee handbook
  • Implement HR systems/processes with a focus on employee ease-of-use and efficiency
  • Ensure ongoing employee engagement and communication

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or applicable field of study
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in progressive HR roles, preferably in high growth, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Human Resource Certification preferred (PHR, PHRca, SPHR, SHRM, etc.)
  • Strong written & oral communication skills
