The organization of the Trialworks software saves us hundreds (if not thousands) of hours in locating file information and keep it at our fingertips.
I started researching Case Management software in 2001 and after over 24 months of trying demonstration software by several companies I received a call from Robb Steinberg asking what I thought of his product, Trialworks. I told him my main complaint of all the case management programs was that they appeared to be designed for plaintiff’s law practices and we were an Insurance defense civil practice.
Mr. Steinberg asked me about my complaints about his software and others. A few months later Mr. Steinberg called me back and asked me to try a demonstration of his newest version of Trialworks (this was in 2003). I was amazed at the changes he made to accommodate an insurance defense practice. We purchased Trialworks and implemented it in early 2004.
It is late 2011 now and my lawyers and staff would be lost without Trialworks. With the help of the good folks at Trialworks we have templates for most of the letters, pleadings, discovery and other documents we routinely prepare. The organization of the Trialworks software saves us hundreds (if not thousands) of hours in locating file information and keep it at our fingertips. Since our Court system has gone paperless and most everyone communicates with email, Trialworks is perfect for our business.

We have a ways to go in getting the full benefits of TrialWorks; it is nice to know (and essential) that you have an excellent staff to support us.
Robb, Patrice and Tracee,
I wanted to write you a quick note about the excellent people who have worked with us in getting TrialWorks up and running at our new office.
Each individual I have worked with, has been pleasant to speak to, helpful and prompt – not to mention enthusiastic. They worked hard to get our hosted environment and TW together on time and on budget – which is saying a lot these days. While we still have a ways to go in getting the full benefits of TrialWorks, it is nice to know (and essential) that you have an excellent staff to support us.

TrialWorks is invaluable to the success of Hecht, Kleeger & Damashek.
TrialWorks has transformed the way we do business. Prior to switching over from SAGA, we interviewed all the key players in the case management software arena. We felt that TrialWorks provided the most robust and critical features in their software. The software was really designed to help our firm manage all phases of the cases from intake through trial and closing the files. Our firm handles a lot of complex litigation, and TrialWorks consistently exceeds our expectations. The migration to Trialworks was seamless and without any problems or issues. We transitioned overnight and our employees were already trained and ready to work the next day. We have also found that the level of technical support offered by TrialWorks is unmatched by any other company. There is never an issue when someone on our team has a question or needs support. I would recommend this software to every litigation firm.

verdict, even to Trialworks’ top competitor, was clear – if you want the
perfect solution for a litigation practice, TrialWorks is the answer.
After experimenting with several case management software companies, I
reached one conclusion: every case management software is a distant second
to Trialworks! At the recent American Association for Justice annual convention, the
sales manager of TrialWorks’ top competitor admitted to me (with a hushed
tone of voice) that Trialworks is the best software solution *for a
litigation practice*. Other case management software companies focus their
programs on pre-suit case management, while TrialWorks focuses on case
management for litigators. If you have a litigation practice, the
difference between Trialworks and its competitors will be obvious. The
verdict, even to Trialworks’ top competitor, was clear—if you want the
perfect solution for a litigation practice, TrialWorks is the answer.”

I was floored at everything TrialWorks could do that our software at the time could not.
Our firm had been using another popular case management software program for 10 years. We’d been solicited on a countless number of occasions by other software companies, all claiming they could do a better job for us. I would always give them a few minutes our of curiosity, and each one would fall painfully short of beating the program we had in place. Then along came Tracee Wagner at TrialWorks, boasting about her software solution, TrialWorks. I dismissed her as just another software vendor, but still gave her the same few minutes I gave everyone else. Those few minutes literally changed the face of our practice. Every complaint we had about our current software was answered by TrialWorks. From document management to interfacing with numerous other software programs to ease of use, it has changed the way we do business. No matter how good you think your case management software is, I urge any law firm out there to speak with Tracee and see what TrialWorks has to offer-you won’t be disappointed!

We transitioned everything we do on a daily basis—to this new software at our own pace and still feel like it was instantly a good investment.
Our firm began using TrialWorks just over four years ago. We had never utilized a case management system before, so this was a big change for our office. Our transition to a paperless environment was slow at first, but TrialWorks gave us the flexibility to use as little or as much of its functionality as we wanted. What was great about the program was that we were able to move our entire practice—really, everything we do on a daily basis—to this new software at our own pace and still feel like it was instantly a good investment.

I consider TrialWorks LLC to be a vital partner to success of the Ratzan Law Group and their team is also responsible for managing my network infrastructure
We implemented TrialWorks in 2006 and the real value of TrialWorks goes beyond the features and benefits of the product –it’s the people behind the software that make the difference. I consider TrialWorks LLC to be a vital partner to success of the Ratzan Law Group. Their team is also responsible for managing my network infrastructure. I rely on them daily to efficiently run my network so that I can seamlessly work on my cases in TrialWorks from anywhere in the world as long as I have an internet connection.

I have been using TrialWorks for over 15 years. It is reasonably priced and geared toward personal injury firms. It is fully integrated with Office, particularly Outlook and Word, and also Quickbooks. All file materials are stored in the Trialworks database and scanned documents can be filed into each case and subfolder. It’s completely searchable, and they now even have the ability to host the program on the Cloud, making it very attractive to very small offices with limited budgets. The main program is, however, pretty reasonably priced in and of itself.
I would highly recommend a look at this plaintiff-oriented case management program. Finally, their support is stellar and I have never had an issue simply calling them and having someone remote onto my computer and fix any issue or show me how to do something within the program.
