This page will connect you to one of our technicians using our proprietary TrialWorks Customer Support Utility (CSU). In just a few clicks your desktop will be visible to us and we'll be able to take control of your computer as you sit back and relax.

If you have anything open on your computer right now that you consider private or confidential please close it. Once you are ready enter the session ID assigned by the technician.

Were You Aware?

Our support team will use an array of remote access tools to assist you with your issues.  In rare cases your security may prevent such connections.  Your IT Administrator should know that:

TrialWorks CSU (our proprietary customer support utility) requires port 1179-1180. The file is an EXE and will install itself as a service.

Microsoft LiveMeeting will install an ActiveX component.
 

bullet

Remote Desktop Connections are used to access servers.
