*  The ability for you to suggest features you would like to see added; and see them implemented in TrialWorks.  All suggestions can be sent to our development team. Click here.

*   Personal technical support without the hassle of communicating with a machine asking for touch-tones.

*  Experienced technical advisors that work directly with the development staff to better understand the internal work of TrialWorks, Outlook, Word, Exchange, Networking, and SQL. 

*  With your internet access, we have remote access capabilities so that we can solve your problems directly, saving you time.  We can gain remote access to your PC using our proprietary TrialWorks Customer Support Utility (CSU) or via Remote Desktop.

*  Assistance with the maintenance of your SQL TrialWorks database, which may include compacting, archiving, security, repair, etc.
