TrialWorks is designed to cover all
aspects of a law practice, from original
intake to settlement/trial. However
certain firms have specialized needs or
procedures that Lawex can accommodate by
custom programming and customization of
TrialWorks.
Customers interested in
customization first speak with our case
management specialists to see if current
functionality and minor procedural changes
are sufficient to fulfill the customer's
needs. If not, the customer must
provide a detailed description of the
customization which then is analyzed by our
development team. From there a sales quote
is generated for the estimated time required
to complete the project.
TrialWorks functionality allows us to
publish customizations with the subsequent(s)
upgrade, generally 1-4 weeks, to TrialWorks
but make the specialized changes available
only to the customer who requested them.
Therefore there is no difficulty in future
upgrades or technical support.
